On paper, you’re ticking all the boxes; career, home, family, friends. But in honesty, you feel like you’re missing something.

Everyone tells you how lucky you are, how much you’ve got your shit together. But then you panic, because your shit most certainly does not feel together.

You know objectively that you should be happy for all the things you have, but the spark for it just isn’t there. You don’t know where to look for it.

You know intellectually the things you should be doing, but it’s just another thing on your to-do list. And why is it always down to you to get everything done anyway?

Somewhere between the go getting and the burn out, what you need is a moment of stillness.

And then you feel it.

 The balance that you crave.

You feel comfortable and at home inside your body, mind and soul.

You feel the joy in the small things and calm in the big things.

You release the fight and embrace the flow.

You prioritise your life. You prioritise yourself.

Completely selflessly. Completely supported.

You are in balance,

You are whole.

You are alive.

Humble in your stillness. Warrior in your strength.

This online membership is for you if you’re looking for balance in your body and in your life. Each month we will explore:

Yin and Yang

Dynamic and Passive

Earth, Water, Fire and Earth

In finding balance, we often need to lean on a shoulder, or hold a hand to bring us back into the centre. That’s exactly what this membership offers. This membership is more than a space online with yoga classes. This is a place where when you wobble, don’t know the next step, or simply need a friendly ear along the way, you are held, you are supported.

This membership offers you the flexibility to make your yoga practice work for you, rather than you working for it. These classes are here for when it suits your schedule. To accommodate what you need today rather than what’s on the timetable.

Here for you.

Each month, you will get access to 4 new follow along yoga practices, one of each style below, and 4 meditations.

Rocket

With roots in Ashtanga, the Rocket practice is a fiery but fun practice.

The most yang of all the practices included in the membership, you will definitely feel the burn! Focusing on building strength in your body and practice.

The great thing about Rocket is learning how to have fun with it, to appreciate the things your body can do and honour the things your body was not designed to do!

Mandala

One of the most beautiful variations of a Vinyasa practice, is Mandala.

In Mandala, we flow around the mat, making it a practice for the mind as well as the body. This practice allows us to stop being so rigid about the way we think we should do yoga!

Each practice honours a different element, Earth, Water, Fire & Air – making it a perfect way to find balance in your body.

Yin

As you would expect, Yin is a type of yoga that is all about slowing down, finding softness and stillness.

Where in a dynamic, yang practice you might hold a pose for a few breaths, in Yin, you stay in a pose for a few minutes. This gives the body a chance to open up in ways that cannot be accessed in a dynamic practice.

It is in this practice, that you will start to fully appreciate how much can be achieved in slowing down.

Meditations

Meditation, the reason for all yoga.

Through the yoga practices developed strength in the body from the yang and ease in the body from the yin, allowing allow the body to sit supported and comfortably in meditation.

Guided meditations will give you different techniques to begin to focus the mind.

Meditation is not an effort to ‘not think’, but a tool to enable you to focus your thoughts.

The combination of these styles is wholly intentional to find balance in both the body and mind. From the most yang and strong, to the most yin and still. This membership has been thoughtfully designed tol honour all aspects of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, leaving you feeling centred and whole.
